1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or third-party platforms. "Product" refers to any Notion template, guide, or digital asset created by Miko System.

2. License and Usage (Strictly Enforced)

When you purchase a Product, you are buying a single, non-exclusive personal license to use the template.

You may:

• Use the template for your own personal life, personal business, or personal organization.
• Customize the template to fit your individual needs.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce the template (in whole or in part) to any third party.
• You may not modify the template and then sell it as your own creation.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, architectures, databases, and copywriting within the templates remain the intellectual property of Miko System. The data you input into the templates remains entirely yours.

4. Refund Policy (7-Day Technical Guarantee)

Due to the digital nature of Notion templates, the product cannot be "returned" once duplicated into your workspace. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse," changing your mind, or a lack of basic Notion knowledge.

However, we stand by the engineering of our systems. If you encounter a critical technical defect or bug within the first 7 days of purchase that prevents the system from functioning as advertised, please submit a ticket via our Support Page. If we cannot provide a fix or a workaround, we will issue a full refund.

5. Third-Party Platform (Notion)

Our products are built to operate within the Notion app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc. We are not responsible for any changes, bugs, pricing updates, or downtime implemented by Notion that may affect the template's functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Miko System is not liable for any lost data, lost profits, or business interruption that results from using our templates. You are responsible for maintaining your own data backups within your Notion workspace.

7. Product Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of our templates. Depending on the scale of the update, these may be provided for free to existing customers or released as a separate, paid upgrade.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
